As a Test & Qualification Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's products meet the highest quality standards through comprehensive qualification testing. This temporary assignment will involve working closely with suppliers, test houses, and customers to coordinate and execute qualification plans for advanced electronic components.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Developing and preparing comprehensive qualification plans that align with industry standards and customer requirements
• Coordinating test execution activities with suppliers and test houses, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Serving as the primary interface between suppliers, test houses, and customers, facilitating clear communication and efficient problem resolution
• Creating detailed reports and professional presentations to communicate test results and qualification status to customers
• Authoring comprehensive qualification reports that document test methodologies, results, and compliance with required standards

• Minimum 5 years of experience in test and qualification engineering, preferably in semiconductor or electronics industries
• Strong knowledge of qualification strategies and mission profile development for electronic components
• Demonstrated expertise with major qualification standards including ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD
  22, JESD
  47, and MIL-STD-883
• Solid understanding of ASIC testing concepts and methodologies
• Experience with radiation testing, including total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and process capability analysis techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong project management abilities with experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders
