Supplier Quality Assurance Leader

We are looking for a

• Introduce and qualify new suppliers.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance.
• Drive actions to improve performance and mitigate risks.
• Support Sonaca’s organizational transformation by deploying SQA processes.
• Lead and develop a dedicated team.
• Directly manage one Key Group Commodity.

• Assess and qualify suppliers.
• Onboard and maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL).

• Monitor supplier performance and KPIs.
• Conduct procurement risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage quality escapes and RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Actions), including NOE when required.
• Plan and execute audits.
• Perform AS9100 / Nadcap desk reviews.
• Ensure compliance with QRS and APQP (Phase
  5).
• Manage an ESA team (3 engineers).
• Coordinate internally across all H-levels and departments.
• Act as the main interface with suppliers and customers.

• Education:
  
  Engineering degree.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 10 years in quality management with strong technical and leadership background.

  • APQP and project management.
  • Problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Audit management.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
