What you can look forward to as Project Manager (m/f/d) New Product Introduction (NPI):

• Manage full NPI-projects: develop, validate and start production of new wind gearboxes/drive trains
• Lead a dedicated project team to deliver the NPI on time, cost and quality targets
• Report to the leadership team of ZF Wind Power on project progress, risk and drive decisions
• Be the face to our customers for the project and proactively ensure delivery according to specifications and expectations
• Contribute to empower the international PMO team to catalyze project driven innovation
• Lead other type of projects when needed

Your profile as Project Manager (m/f/d) New Product Introduction (NPI):

• Master education or comparable with technical and business affinity
• Project management skills, certifications such as Prince 2 are an asset
• Target oriented, persistent, combining both analytical insight and a hands‑on approach
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis
