As a team member of the Operations department and in close collaboration with the Team Lead to whom you report, you are responsible for the technical and operational follow‑up of BESS located in Belgium. Operational responsibility for Belgian BESS assets.

• You manage contractual work for each asset (e.g., grid connection, service contracts, warranties, permits)
• You oversee operational activities for assets, including maintenance planning, incident management, and coordination with OCC, EET, Conclusion, and Tesla
• You organize and participate in monthly calls with technical partners to review open items
• You conduct system optimisation meetings to maximise asset utilisation within warranty and operational limits
• You prepare and analyse monthly technical and financial KPI reports, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• You lead and document owners’ inspections
• You support in‑depth analysis of operational data during complex issues and verify compliance with system guarantees
• You manage unforeseen and contingency situations as they arise
