Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volledige projectuitwerking, van het programma van eisen tot de voorlopige oplevering. Met minimaal 8 jaar ervaring met renovatiewerken en goede kennis van utiliteitsgebouwen, speel je een cruciale rol in de voorbereiding en uitvoering van diverse studies en aanbestedingen. Aanbod omvat een uitdagende functie met een focus op sportinfrastructuur in Vlaanderen.
