Program Manager Space

Location: Town of Belgium

### Your Role As our Program Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind programs that shape the future of space technologies. You’ll ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget, while being the trusted partner for our customers. Your responsibilities include:
* Designing, monitoring, and adjusting global project plans — balancing scope, timing, and budget in close collaboration with sales, operations, engineering, and purchasing
* Acting as the key figure and first point of contact for customers, guiding them through every stage of program realization and follow‑up
* Building and leading a strong project team, coordinating, managing, and coaching them to deliver excellence
* Spotting new business opportunities in both technical and commercial domains, and sharing your vision with colleagues to drive growth
* Ensuring contractual agreements are met across specifications, planning, and quality standards
* Driving continuous improvement by identifying risks, proposing solutions, and implementing best practices
* Representing the program internally and externally, aligning stakeholders and ensuring clear communication at all levels### Your Profile
* Higher technical education
* Proven experience in project management, ideally in an international context
* Strong persuasive power and excellent communication skills in English and French
* Knowledge of optical systems is an asset, as well as experience in space projects
* Willingness to travel and stay abroad on a regular basis when required by the program###
