Job Description
- Chemische controles uitvoeren tijdens het fermentatieproces en aanbevelingen geven (ingrediënten toevoegen)
- Productiestappen van alcoholische producten opvolgen en optimaliseren:
Wijn (wit, rood, rosé) - De fermentatie opvolgen en suikers, zuren, gist, hop, … toevoegen volgens de basisgrondstof, de analyses en de degustaties
- Druiven persen, gerst mouten of appels fijnmalen en most (sap) filteren en kuipen voor de fermentatie
- Wijn, cider, bier, … bottelen en de vaten of flessen afsluiten en etiketteren
- Productiestappen van alcoholische producten opvolgen en optimaliseren:
Cider - Productiestappen van alcoholische producten opvolgen en optimaliseren:
Sterkedrank (Cognac, Calvados, …) - Productiestappen van alcoholische producten opvolgen en optimaliseren:
Bier - Materieel, installaties, kuipen, vaten en ruimtes schoonmaken en hygiënisch houden
- Het brouwsel na fermentatie aftappen en afwerken (filteren, zuiveren, gist verwijderen)
- Je werkt in 3 ploegen
- Na een positieve interimperiode maak je kans op een vast contract
