Role Overview

Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and innovation in pharmaceutical distribution? We are seeking a Sr Manager Engineering, Systems & Consumables to lead engineering and technology initiatives for our Innovative Medicine distribution hubs in Belgium.

This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, sustainability, and compliance within our distribution centers on the short and long term, supporting Innovative Medicines and Advanced Therapies in both commercial and clinical distribution.

Required Profile

• Extensive experience in supply chain, preferably in automated warehouses, packaging equipment, and execution systems (MES, warehouse and equipment control systems).
• Strong ability to build collaborative teams and cross-functional/virtual relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, able to make complex information accessible to all organizational levels.
• Technical background or experience in material handling and packaging equipment is a significant plus.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP principles, including qualification and validation approaches.
• Familiarity with safety regulations at both company (J&J) and national/EU levels.
• Master’s degree in business administration, science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Green Belt Six Sigma and/or Project Management certifications (FPX) are preferred.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required. French is a plus.
