Reservoir & Petroleum Senior Engineer

The Gas Plus Group, established in the 1960s in the gas distribution sector, starting from the early 2000s
-following the market liberalization - has undertaken a strong growth andvertical integration process that has allowed the Group to assume the role of the only independent and integrated Italian Operator along the entire Natural Gas supply chain.

The Exploration & Production (E&P) Business Unit is engaged in the development and production of natural gas and oil deposits
. In Italy, it holds 40 mining concessions, 30 of which are Operated Assets, and continues to pursue new opportunities both in the domestic market and at international level.

The Company is engaged as Operator of an important Onshore Gas Field development in Italy (start-up occured in May 2025) and also in Romania Offshore as Partner non-operator.

We are currently looking for a:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the candidate will be involved into comprehensive activities for both domestic and international Assets:

• execution of reservoir studies and implementation of 3D reservoir modelling;
• support in the preparation of production reporting and annual production budget;
• execution of technical evaluation of production scenarios;
• evaluation of reservoir and well performances

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering/Geo-energy (preferably) or in Mining, Environmental, Hydraulic or Mechanical Engineering;
• Sound experience gained in the Reservoir & Petroleum Engineering sector or in Engineering and Technology consulting companies operating in this field;
• Languages:
  
  good level of Italian and English (written and spoken);
• Technical skills in reservoir numerical modeling (Eclipse/Petrel package);
• Experience in Data Management and ability to prepare technical reports;
• Experience in designing, supervising and interpreting tests and monitoring well performances;
• Experience in gas field management and production optimization processes.

Milan or Parma district and with possible business trips to other eu countries
