Location:

Puurs, Belgium    We are seeking a Process Engineer who (focus equipment) will be responsible for managing and executing CAPEX projects, within the area of production equipment.### About the Role
*
* Key responsibilities:

*** Execute capex projects within preprocessing, compounding and filling of aseptic products in Puurs.
* Initiate the project, develop the business case together with the stakeholders,
* Reach out to suppliers, order equipment, perform design reviews and execute FAT/SAT and commissioning testing to get the new equipment up&running within the agreed timelines
* Manage capex project: budget and schedule across departments
* Become subject matter expert for the preprocessing, compounding and filling processes within the site
* Take initiatives to challenge the status quo in the existing processes and evaluate alternatives and new technologies
* Develop project execution strategy and execute investment projects according to customer needs (costs, schedule, functionality, quality)
** Essential Requirements**:
* Degree in Industrial Engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc.) or equivalent
* 5 years of engineering experience thereof 2 in investment projects, ideally in Pharmaceutical industry and aseptic production
* Proven project management skills including contract management and project controlling
* Good collaboration and inter-personal skills
* Fluent in English and Dutch

*** Leadership experience for the management of external resources
* Understanding of qualification activities within pharmaceutical industry
