We are looking for an experienced Work Planner to join a leading Belgian company operating in an industrial environment. This role offers the opportunity to work in the heart of Europe, combining technical expertise with strong organizational skills. You will play a key role in planning and coordinating maintenance and project activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance throughout the process.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Planning & Organizing: Develop detailed schedules for maintenance and project activities, considering resources, personnel, and materials for optimal efficiency.
- Execution Coordination: Monitor progress, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, technicians, and operators to resolve issues quickly. - Operational Support: Assist maintenance teams with technical analyses and procurement of materials.
- Documentation Management: Prepare work instructions, safety plans, reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and propose improvement projects.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel on new procedures.
- Maintenance Plan Development: Create and update preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and proactively mitigate risks.
- Supplier Coordination: Manage timely delivery of materials and maintain supplier relationships.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in managing project budgets and resource allocation.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics or related field.
- Experience: Industrial environment experience; instrumentation knowledge is an asset.
- Skills: Safety-conscious, hands-on, motivated, and flexible.
- Certification: Valid VCA certificate required.
- Salary: €3,500 – €5,500/month (negotiable based on experience)
