• Take technical ownership of test centre installations, ensuring reliable operation before, during and after customer trials.
• Act as internal project manager for selected capital investments, coordinating local execution from installation requirements through to testing and handover.
• Plan and execute maintenance and calibrations to keep equipment validated and ready for planned trials.
• Coordinate installation operation, technical administration, reporting, and capital investment projects.

• Strong technical expertise in batch granulation equipment, ideally GEA systems.
• Hands‑on experience with maintenance, calibrations and technical troubleshooting.
• Customer‑facing experience in a test‑centre environment.
• Strong communication skills across departments and with customer management.
• Positive can‑do mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity while maintaining structure.
• Calm and collected behaviour during stressful trial periods.
• Flexibility to support trials when timing requires it.
• Experience with SAP stock control is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French; based in Belgium.

This is a consultancy role through Mind Capture. You will work on site with our client while remaining part of the Mind Capture consultant community. We support you with clear project framing, regular follow‑up plus access to coaching and training so you can grow in the direction that fits you best. You will gain exposure to advanced equipment trials and capital investment work, building both hands‑on technical depth and project ownership.
