Diegem# ADAS HILL Engineer - Automotive - VIE## YOUR ROLEAs a VIE ADAS HILL Engineer, you will be part of our innovative automotive team working on cutting-edge Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. You will contribute to the development and testing of ADAS solutions using Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation environments to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of autonomous driving  this role you will play a key role in:
* Setting up and maintaining Hardware-in-the-Loop test environments for ADAS components and systems
* Developing test scenarios and test cases for various ADAS functions like adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, and automated emergency braking
* Executing test procedures and analyzing test results to identify potential issues and improvements
* Supporting the integration of sensor models (cameras, radar, lidar) into the HIL environment
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including software developers, system engineers, and validation teams
* Documenting test procedures, results, and technical specifications according to automotive industry standards## YOUR PROFILE
* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
* Experience in automotive engineering, preferably with exposure to ADAS systems or HIL testing
* Basic knowledge of automotive systems architecture and ADAS technologies
* Familiarity with HIL testing concepts and tools (dSPACE, Vector, National Instruments, or similar)
* Understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Flex Ray, Automotive Ethernet)
* Basic programming skills in at least one language (Python, C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink)
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
