Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant en Antwerpen. Voor de verkoop te ondersteunen zijn ze nog op zoek naar een bouwadviseur.
- Actief zoeken naar kandidaat-bouwers via netwerk, leads en teamondersteuning.
- Adviseren van klanten bij de voorbereiding van hun bouwdossier, afgestemd op budget en wensen.
- Bespreken van offertes en vertrouwen winnen door expertise, transparantie en enthousiasme.
- Vertegenwoordigen van een stabiele en toekomstgerichte bouworganisatie.
- Zelfstandig kansen detecteren voor nieuwe woning- en appartementprojecten.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met makelaars in de bouwregio.
