• Ensure the quality of the works (e.g. compliance of the works with the projects design and specifications)
• Ensure compliance of construction activities with the construction planning.
• Liaise with Customers /Authorities /Contractors/ Partner/ Subcontractors for site and/or materials takeover and/or handover
• Ensure the compliance on site of the rules foreseen by the HSE Management plan, for the works under his/her responsibility
• Ensure the optimization of the resources (internal and external/subcontractors) in the project on site, having as baseline the project budget and Planning
• Develop site specific plans to be implemented in projects program and budget in agreement with Construction manager
• Ensure the continuous updating and improvement of processes and procedures
• Support the Construction Manager to ensure the material is available on site in accordance to the Working Schedule agreed with Customer and Subcontractors

• 1 - 5 years on site activities / site workforce management / site technical control and coordination
• Knowledge of Signalling, Power Supply and Traction Power Technology Systems
• Health, Safety and Environment
• Experience and fluency on technical drawing and reporting
• Working knowledge of Windows and Office Package
• Basic knowledge on AutoCAD, MS Project as a plus
• Driving license valid in Europe, availability to drive
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Open to discuss travel/long term assignment to national/foreign Construction Projects
• Agreed to work on night shifts on a regular basis

Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager)

• Primary:
  High school Degree Electric/Mechanic/TLC, with certified 2/5 years work experience on Railways/metro site electromechanical/civil works
• Alternative:
  Engineering University degree or Equivalent Technical background (electric/mechanic/TLC) with 1-year work experience on Railways/metro site electromechanical/civil works

English level B1, French Proficiency (written and spoken)
