. The organization recently expanded significantly through a strategic merger and continues to scale under a buy-and-build growth strategy supported by a global healthcare investor.
The Role
Reporting to the Group CFO, the Head of Accounting, Tax & Treasury will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity, compliance, and liquidity management of more than 20 legal entities worldwide, working closely with and leading a team of over 14 finance professionals.
Accounting & Reporting
- Overseeing accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS and local GAAPs
- Leading group consolidation, financial reporting and audit coordination
- Strengthening internal controls and policies
Tax
- Lead global tax strategy, compliance, and planning.
- Coordinate with external advisors and internal teams on direct and indirect tax matters.
- Assessing tax implications of international business decisions
Treasury
- Managing global liquidity, cash flow, and banking relationships
- Optimizing working capital and intercompany funding
- Overseeing FX, hedging, and treasury risk management
- Leading and developing a multinational team of 14+ finance professionals
- Supporting M&A initiatives, ERP evolution, and cross-border structuring
- Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and controls
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or equivalent is an added value
- 10+ years’ experience in accounting, tax, and treasury in a multinational environment
- Strong expertise in international tax, treasury, and consolidation
- Leadership experience in cross-functional and cross-regional teams
- Experience in high-growth or post-acquisition settings is an asset
- Fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
