Revive Fund Management ,acting as fund manager, exclusively manages SFDR Article 9 funds,focusing on maximizing positive impact and driving the transition toward a more sustainable built environment.

Following our successful JV with PATRIZIA to invest €75 million in the development of sustainable and affordable housing across the Benelux region, we are turbo-charging our growth trajectory. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• As an Investment Manager, youplay a key role in the performance of our Funds. You are responsible for managing the entire acquisition process and deploying the LP’s equity through business plans.
• Actively source new project opportunities through networking, brokers, architects, online research,and direct outreach.
• Analyse leads, assess the feasibility of the transaction (legal, financial, commercial), and underwrite preliminary business plans with risk assessments.
• Lead the investment documentation on the Investment Committee for approval.
• Lead due diligence processes,including legal, tax, and environmental risk assessments together with internal Revive experts to evaluate project risks and ensure smooth acquisitions.
• Negotiate with property ownersand stakeholders to secure deals.
• Manage the project pipeline,from due diligence to investment proposals, and oversee communication with external advisors.

• Deep market knowledge andstrong network in the targeted market
• Deal maker with proven track record and excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong background in financial and market analysis, with an understanding of legal and regulatory aspectsof real estate transactions.
• Experience with risk management, feasibility studies, and business plan development.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• A passion for creating both societal and financial impact through your work.
