We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy, Project Portfolio & Finance Manager for FM Belgium. Working closely with Project Delivery (PD) and cross‑functional stakeholders, the incumbent will drive the project portfolio process, operational improvements, support strategic planning, and deliver clear financial insight to enable informed decision making. This role will own financial reporting and cross‑charge processes, lead the Long‑Range Financial Plan (LRFP) process, and support continuous improvement and training across FM Belgium.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial modelling.
• Strong business analytics and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization;
  Power BI preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong project management and structured planning capabilities.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, FPX).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams and to drive operational change.
