Attached to the R&D Cost Control Coordinator based at TOTB, your daily activities will include :
- Controlling internal and external expenses
: monitoring timesheets and commitments/budget availability, processing invoices and receipts, and performing allocations. - Using IT tools and ERP systems
:
Power BI and SAP (France and Belgium). - Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
: ensuring compliance with internal procedures and financial standards to guarantee the reliability of financial information in SAP systems (France and Belgium), in line with One Tech's closing schedule. - Managing the R&D project coding system for French and Belgian operational teams.
- Acting as a facilitator between operational teams and TGFS
: resolving invoice interface issues (LME law and supplier invoice monitoring). - Monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual performance
: analyzing discrepancies between actual and forecast figures. - Responding to analysis or studies requested by entity managers
. - Establishing, analyzing, and disseminating relevant management information to support decision-making.
- Participating in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for OPEX and CAPEX.
- Analyzing performance to identify improvement areas and implementing corrective actions to achieve set objectives.
NB: PERSONAL VEHICLE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
Candidate ProfileMaster’s degree in Finance, Cost Control or Economics
Technical skills :
Knowledge of cost accounting and budgeting processes
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Ability to create presentations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ideally, knowledge of Power BI
Familiarity with a modeling tool would be a plus
Languages :
French: level C1
