Jouw dagelijkse impact- Je leidt dagelijks de operatie binnen onze horecalocaties en zorgt voor een vlotte organisatie, efficiënte werkverdeling en een warme sfeer.
- Je stuurt je team aan op de werkvloer, geeft duidelijke instructies en zorgt voor coaching, motivatie én plezier tijdens het werk.
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van service, hygiëne en presentatie en stuurt bij waar nodig om de gastbeleving te optimaliseren.
- Je werkt actief mee in de operatie en zorgt ervoor dat piekmomenten soepel verlopen, met aandacht voor elk detail.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s én gasten en handelt vragen of klachten professioneel en gastgericht af.
