Key Responsibilities- Proactively source, identify, and attract candidates using a variety of channels such as Linked In, job boards and social media.
- Screen CVs and applications, conduct pre-selection interviews, and assess candidates’ skills to identify the best fit for both technical and cultural requirements.
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management, in close collaboration with Operational and the HR management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of talent for current and future recruitment needs.
- Assist in improving employer branding by representing the company at job fairs, careers events, and on digital media.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a welcoming and seamless candidate transition into the team.
- Provide backup support within the Internal Operations Team as required, contributing to a collaborative working environment.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least some relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- You are proactive, a strong communicator, and naturally build relationships.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and excel at managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- You demonstrate discretion, reliability, and ownership of your responsibilities.
- You are supportive, approachable, and committed to providing a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required; familiarity with ATS systems (Teamtailor) and recruitment platforms (such as Linked In recruitment seat) is a strong plus.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a significant advantage.
- A permanent, full-time role based at our HQ in Vilvoorde, easily accessible by public transport.
