Management of HR & Payroll Systems
ResponsibilitiesJob Description
- Management of personnel files for employees and workers
- Management of HR systems such as time registration, payroll, and Success Factors
- Responsible for daily monitoring of time registration, including day‑to‑day management and workforce planning
- Responsible for data processing in the corporate HR system (such as Success Factors)
- Administration related to illness, workplace accidents, insurance, training leave (VOV), social benefits, and unemployment
- Creating and following up HR purchase orders
- Control and analysis of personnel figures and salary costs
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or personnel work, or equivalent through experience
- Thorough knowledge of social legislation, labor law, and collective labor agreements (CAOs)
- Strong knowledge of payroll and time‑registration software
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting tools, with strong analytical skills
- Experience with Success Factors or similar HR systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
