At TMC, we're looking for a new HRBP, specialized in the recruitment of top notch IT profiles. You work closely with a team of fellow HRBP's and the best business managers and directors. Next to IT recruitment, you will have the chance to work on several interesting HR related projects.

• You have a master's degree
• You are interested in IT recruitment
• Experience in IT recruitment is a big plus, but not necessary
• Maximum 2 years of experience, but Young Graduates are also very welcome
• You are interested in HR related projects like mentorship, Young Graduate program etc.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch & French
• You can work from our Zaventem office
