** Junior HR Partner!
** Step into a role where you’ll actively manage Labor relations and gain broad exposure to diverse HR processes. You will advise your clients on employee and Labor relations matters, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, while building a strong foundation for your future career. In this role you will work closely with experienced HR Partners, benefit from mentorship from a Senior HR leader, and gain exposure to best practices in global HR management.
This position is designed as a development opportunity for HR talent who want to grow in a fast-paced, international setting and actively shape their career path in HR.
** Responsibility
* ** Support HR Business Partners with union and Works Council meetings, including preparation and negotiations.
* Interpret Belgian Labor law and company policies to ensure compliance.
* Review existing HR policies and identify opportunities to enhance and harmonize.
* Prepare HR documentation, reports, and communications for employees and managers.
* Collaborate with cross-discipline teams globally to deliver innovative HR solutions.
* Participate in employee relations activities, including works council meetings and social dialogue, with opportunities to learn and grow in this area.
* Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing the employee experience.
* Partner with HR teams on core HR processes to connect generalist experience with social dialogue activities.
** Qualification
* ** A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Labor Relations Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
* First client-facing HR Generalist experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
* Good knowledge of Belgian social legislation (e.g. Works Council processes, union interactions, or applying collective agreements).
* Fluent in French and proficient in English;
Dutch is an asset.
