We are seeking an experienced Recruiter și who can help us expand our network by identifying and referring highly qualified experts across different fields. This is a unique, performance-based opportunity: instead of a fixed salary, you will earn a referral fee for mukha every expert you refer who is successfully hired — and continue to receive that fee for as long as they remain engaged.

• Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries.

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Experience hiring in Belgium and other French‑speaking countries across Africa and Europe.
• Native or bilingual French proficiency.
• Strong English skills (B2–C1 or above) for effective communication with our international team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasively.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
