Friesland Campina België zoekt een ervaren HR People Advisor die managers en medewerkers ondersteunt, HR-beleid implementeert en een sleutelrol speelt in verandertrajecten. Je rapporteert aan de People Advisory Lead Belgium en werkt nauw samen met diverse stakeholders binnen de organisatie.
Je bouwt voort op 5–8 jaar HR-ervaring, hebt Bachelor- of Master-niveau in HR, ervaring met vakbonden, uitstekende communicatie en een hands-on aanpak.
