En tant que Payroll Officer, vous prenez en charge l’ensemble des tâches liées à l’administration du personnel pour les collaborateur
· trice·s ouvriers et employés.
- Gestion quotidienne de l’administration du personnel.
- Gestion des dossiers sociaux et assurances.
- Gestion des absences : maladie, accidents de travail, chômage économique, congés…
- Établissement complet de la paie ouvriers et employés .
- Contacts réguliers avec le secrétariat social.
- Gestion des décomptes de sortie.
- Reporting RH (absentéisme, tableaux de suivi…).
