VGD zoekt een HR Advisory Manager die strategisch inzicht combineert met operationele daadkracht en het team naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je beheert een klantenportefeuille, stuurt complexe HR-trajecten en ontwikkelt innovatieve HR-oplossingen, met focus op Compensation & Benefits, Payroll en HRBP.
Daarnaast bouw je aan langdurige relaties, coach je medewerkers, bewaak je kwaliteit, timing en budget en draag je bij aan de uitbreiding van onze HR-services.
