Data Operations Analyst

Mai 19, 2025 - The Data Operations Analyst contributes to a variety of data analytical activities by analyzing travel expense and billing results for Deloitte Belgium and reporting data insights aligned with predefined objectives. This position support is provided for data integrations to advance Deloitte’s sustainability ambitions, alongside performance reporting on agreed SLAs with partners to drive ongoing improvements. Effective coordination of group bookings and the administration of day-to-day inquiries from travelers ensures optimal technical operating support and enhances the overall travel experience.

• Lottery System Operation:
  Operate the lottery systems.
• Operational Improvement:
  Make recommendations regarding improvements for operating systems, software, infrastructure, and procedures.
• Documentation Preparation:
  Prepare and verify Computer Operations documentation and checklists.
• Service Provider Management:
  Manage service providers and verify external provider charges against signed contracts.
• Project Interface:
  Interface with the Services Project Manager and customer staff as appropriate during projects.
• Project Support:
  Provide support to QA and CAT phases of projects.
• Operations Mentoring:
  Provide operations mentoring and support to the customer's operations staff.
• Field Service Support:
  Provide field service support.
• 24-Hour Operations Support:
  Provide 24-hour front-line operations support where needed.
• Emergency Response:
  Respond accordingly during system emergencies to minimize financial penalties.
• Incident Investigation:
  Investigate incidents in the production environment, develop incident reports, and follow up with the customer base while working mainly with remote engineers.

• Data Analytics Contribution:
  Contribute to a wide range of data analytical activities.
• Expense Analysis:
  Analyze Deloitte Belgium’s travel expense and billing results, and report data insights according to predefined objectives.
• Data Integration Support:
  Support data integrations to achieve Deloitte’s sustainability ambitions.
• SLA Performance Reporting:
  Report performance on jointly agreed SLAs with partners through data analysis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Global Program Participation:
  Participate and make an impact in the Deloitte Global travel sourcing programs.
• Activity Planning:
  Plan and prioritize activities independently according to the requirements set.
• Technical Support Assurance:
  Ensure proper technical operating support for travel partners (optimal end-to-end content in the online booking tool, correct pricing, etc.).
• Agency Support Monitoring:
  Monitor the offline agency support team together with the respective travel partners and make suggestions for improvement.
• Traveler Administration:
  Administer day-to-day questions of Deloitte Belgium travelers and act as the first escalation point with travel suppliers.
• Group Booking Coordination:
  Coordinate group bookings with Deloitte’s organizers.

• Content Creation:
  Investigate and identify pieces of information that can be recombined to create new content.
• Creative Problem Solving:
  Work with downstream teams to come up with creative solutions to data blockages.
• Data Normalization:
  Normalize and format data following the process.
• Database Management:
  Load work orders into the database.
• Content Support:
  Support a team dedicated to creating wonderful-looking content.
• Collaborative Teamwork:
  Work alongside a team consisting of both creative and technical minds.
• Data Organization:
  Work with large sets of data and come up with solutions for organizing data.
• Report Development Coordination:
  Coordinate report development/coding and operational changes and maintenance when requested by internal business unit owners.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
