* Purpose:
** As the
** Global Draught Innovation Project Lead**, you’ll sit at the heart of AB InBev’s commercial innovation agenda — developing disruptive draught and dispense technologies that elevate the drinking experience, drive top-line growth, and meet the evolving needs of bars, restaurants, and retailers worldwide.

* The Role:
** Translate consumer and commercial insights into platform roadmaps and technical requirements. Complementary business education (e.g. MBA) or equivalent commercial experience.
2–5 years’ experience in technical innovation, ideally within FMCG or multinational settings. Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional innovation projects. Strong intercultural communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Solid technical knowledge of draught and cooling systems — including design, mechanics, and conversion processes.
