Location: Town of Belgium
Tekst is on the lookout for a technical Solution Engineer. At Tekst, our mission is to make AI work for the enterprise. As a Solution Engineer, you will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to demonstrate technical value, design solutions, and ensure successful customer implementations of our AI-powered automation platform.
What will you be doing?- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, technical architecture, and integration needs
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer use cases
- Design technical solutions that address customer business challenges while aligning with best practices
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise to close deals
- Support implementation and onboarding by working with Customer Success and Engineering teams
- Create technical documentation, integration guides, and reference architectures for customers
- Gather customer feedback and communicate product requirements to Engineering and Product teams
- Stay current on competitive landscape and emerging technologies in enterprise AI

- 2-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS
- Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise software architectures
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Experience scoping and delivering technical proof‑of‑concepts in sales cycles
- Customer‑focused mindset with ability to understand business problems and propose technical solutions
- Hands‑on experience with programming, scripting, or configuration of enterprise software
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI applications
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and industry events as needed
- Proficiency in written and verbal English skills.
