• Minimum of 5 years of experience in development or functional roles in the IT sector.
• Experience in one of the following areas:
  • Functional:
    Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner.
  • Academic background in Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in French, Dutch, or German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Passionate about technology, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality work.
• Availability to work on-site in Brussels (hybrid possible depending on project).
• Valid documentation or a work visa for Belgium is mandatory.
