About the Role

As Performance Marketer Be Ne , reporting to our offices in Ukkel, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, enhance channel performance, and ensure impactful campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Integrated Digital Marketing BeNe, you’ll play a key role in driving measurable results and aligning marketing efforts with business priorities.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic, including a future-proof GEO strategy.
  • Qualify leads to ensure high-quality opportunities for sales teams.
  • Collaborate with BU leads, digital marketing, channel marketing, and sales to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with external agencies on data projects and reporting.
  • Understand and challenge the end‑to‑end customer journey, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of data‑driven decision‑making.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, or Data Analytics.
  • Fluent in English, plus Dutch or French.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar) and web quality tools (Crown Peak preferred).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage projects end‑to‑end: insights → recommendations → testing → reporting.
