In this key role, you take end-to-end ownership of our ERP environment and ensure smooth daily operations. You combine technical expertise with process optimization and project coordination. Specifically, this includes:

• Management & Governance You are responsible for the daily operation of the ERP system (daily governance), manage security roles and user permissions, and develop a complete overview of our ERP landscape.
• Process Optimization & Functional Translation You optimize business processes and translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions. Additionally, you play an active role in setting up and rolling out DF&O in the US.
• Support & Collaboration You support end users, handle service requests, and collaborate with external ERP partners – where needed – to deliver solutions.
• Project Coordination & Reporting You manage technical consultants and partners, monitor project progress, and provide clear reporting on status and results.

As an ERP Functional Expert, you’ll join a fantastic team of two colleagues in Roeselare and report directly to the IT Manager.

Your profile in a nutshell:

• Experience with ERP systems and understanding of their functional operation – preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong affinity with business processes and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills to align with Lines of Business (LOB)
• Knowledge of Entra  (Azure AD) and identity management
• Experience managing user permissions and security roles in ERP or similar systems
• Basic knowledge of IT security principles, such as role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege
• Accuracy and sense of responsibility when granting access rights
• Problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
