Odoo Solution Architect

As dear digital continues to grow, we're looking for an Odoo Solution Architect to join our team. You'll play a key role in helping businesses streamline their operations with Odoo, guiding them through successful implementations, and ensuring they get the most out of their digital transformation.

• Architect the ERP Solution: Create solution architectures that optimize Odoo’s standard functionality while identifying where custom development adds real value.
• Strategic Road mapping: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps. Think of yourself as the architect of scalable business software solutions.
• Ecosystem Integration: Assess integration needs with external systems like PIM, WMS, OMS, CRM, and other third-party platforms.
• Technical Alignment: Work closely with developers and consultants to align technical solutions with business expectations and ensure architectural integrity.
• Discovery & Analysis: Conduct discovery workshops to map business needs, IT infrastructure, and integration requirements.

  Identify risks and opportunities early and collaborate with the sales team to maximize client value.
• Advisory: Advise clients on the best Odoo setup (multi-company, multi-currency, hosting strategies), ensuring their operations are future-proof.

• Deep Odoo Expertise: You have deep knowledge of Odoo (data models, API, Studio, and architectural limitations). We are looking for a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Architectural Mindset: You understand common ERP architectures and have experience with enterprise solutions.
• Integration Savvy: You are familiar with external system integrations and how they interact with Odoo.
• Analytical & Communicative: You possess strong analytical skills and can explain complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Consultative Approach: You enjoy leading client conversations, asking the right questions, and uncovering business needs.

  You are fluent in Dutch and English (knowledge of French is a plus)
