Trend tracker is building an AI-driven strategic‑intelligence platform unlike anything in Belgium. As an AI Engineer on the AI Workflow Team, you’ll turn research into scalable AI features, build intelligent agents, and shape how enterprises interact with our platform. You’ll work across machine learning, engineering, and product to deliver reliable, high-impact AI systems in a fast‑growing environment.

Our mission

Deliver robust, accurate, scalable AI/ML‑powered insight—helping organizations identify signals early, anticipate emerging trends, and make informed strategic decisions. The AI Workflow Team builds the intelligent backbone enabling Trend tracker to become the global standard for AI‑powered strategic intelligence.

How you'll contribute

• You’ll build LLM‑driven solutions and AI agents that automate strategy, foresight, and innovation workflows.
• You’ll develop advanced prompting techniques—prompt‑chaining, prompt‑structuring, reasoning sequences—to improve accuracy, stability, and contextual relevance.
• You’ll integrate and synthesize massive volumes of structured and unstructured data into enriched LLM contexts to generate precise, personalized outputs.
• You’ll contribute to multilingual conversational capabilities, ensuring the platform can reason across languages and global markets.
• You’ll design and expand MLOps, monitoring, and model observability frameworks to guarantee reliability and performance at scale.
• You’ll translate strategic needs into technical requirements, evaluate trade‑offs, and collaborate directly with our co‑founder & CTO while working cross‑functionally to ensure AI agents deliver maximum value with manageable complexity.

What we’re looking for

A builder with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience working with LLMs, eager to grow into a domain expert. Someone who understands (or wants to understand) strategic intelligence, trend analysis, foresight, and market research—so you can shape agents that truly support enterprise strategy teams. You are analytical, output‑driven, and comfortable evaluating model behavior critically.
