Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Flemish Front Office Technical Support Specialist located in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a hybrid working model! In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our Flemish-speaking clients, providing essential technical assistance and support for our products and services.

As a Front Office Technical Support Specialist, you will engage directly with clients to help them troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues. Your ability to communicate effectively in Flemish is crucial for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Flemish-speaking clients with technical inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware and software
  • Document client interactions and solutions in our support system
  • Provide guidance on best practices and optimal use of our products
  • Work closely with technical teams to elevate complex issues when necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your technical knowledge and support skills
  • Gather client feedback and insights to improve our service offerings
Requirements
  • Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear solutions
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid work setting
