Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our product team in Hamm for a one-year mission. Your primary objective is to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring that application development and database solutions align with strategic business goals. You will work within a collaborative team of 11 professionals including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Testers.

This role requires a deep understanding of both application architecture and database systems, combined with exceptional communication skills and a proactive, accountable mindset. You will be instrumental in driving new projects forward and ensuring seamless collaboration across technical and business domains.

• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into business-aligned solutions
• Analyze application functionality and database structures to identify optimization opportunities and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Testers to define requirements, scope new projects, and deliver comprehensive documentation
• Utilize Jira, Power BI, and Dynamics to track project progress, generate insights, and maintain transparent communication across teams
• Support the implementation of agile methodologies, ensuring sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives are conducted effectively
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Monitor project deliverables and maintain accountability for timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Identify risks and dependencies early, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure project success

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role bridging technical and business functions
• Strong knowledge of application architecture and database management systems
• Proficiency with Jira, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics platforms
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments
• Fluent in English;
  English is mandatory for this role
• Ability to work on‑site in Hamm three days per week
