🧩 The Role

Cheqroom is on the lookout for a data-driven, full-funnel Growth Marketer to help us scale our demand generation engine and own the customer lifecycle, from awareness to acquisition and expansion. You’ll be the architect and the builder: developing bold growth strategies and rolling up your sleeves to execute them.

This role is perfect for someone who’s obsessed with metrics but fueled by creativity. You’ll experiment rapidly, optimize continuously, and hustle relentlessly to uncover new growth opportunities across paid and organic channels.

🎯 What You’ll Do Demand Generation & Performance
  • Own and Scale Paid Acquisition:
    Develop, launch, and ruthlessly optimize full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across Linked In, Google Ads, Meta, and 6sense to meet pipeline and CAC targets
  • Run ABM Campaigns:
    Strategize and execute targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns using 6sense and Linked In to engage high-value accounts, accelerating deal velocity and increasing win rates
  • Agency Management & Budget Ownership:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for external media and creative agencies, ensuring they are strategically aligned, delivering maximum ROI, and held accountable to rigorous performance SLAs
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
    Lead continuous CRO efforts across all touchpoints (ads, landing pages, website) by identifying friction, hypothesizing solutions, and implementing a rapid-testing cadence to maximize CVR and MQL-to-SQL conversion
Data & Operations Excellence
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    Own the reporting and analysis for all demand generation activities, translating complex performance data (CAC, LTV, Pipeline Contribution, Attribution) into clear, actionable business insights for the executive team
  • Lead Management & Rev Ops Partnership:
    Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) to ensure flawless lead flow, routing, and quality, maintaining data hygiene and integrity within the GTM technology stack
  • Bridge creativity and analytics:
    Collaborate on messaging, design, and content to craft compelling campaigns that convert
💡 About You
  • 3
    -5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS or agency environment, with a proven track record of driving significant user or revenue growth
  • Proven Platform Expertise:
    Deep, hands-on administrative and operational experience with Hub Spot (Campaigns, Reporting, Workflows) and advanced campaign management on Linked In Ads and 6sense
  • Data Obsession:
    Exceptionally skilled in analytical tools, attribution models, and turning large datasets into strategic optimization plans. You breathe funnel metrics
  • Creative spark:
    You understand what catches eyes and converts minds. You love experimenting with messaging and visuals
  • Strategic & scrappy:
    You think long-term but move fast. You're as comfortable building Notion pages as you are launching campaigns
  • Bias to action:
    You don’t wait for permission, you take initiative and own the outcomes
