Project Manager; Cloud​/M365 Copilot

The Project Manager will lead a strategic program focused on migrating to Microsoft 365 and enabling Copilot across the organization. This role combines program leadership, governance, supplier management, and change adoption to ensure a successful digital transformation aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Program Leadership & Strategy: Define the vision, scope, and objectives of the migration and Copilot implementation, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall strategy.
• Governance & Reporting: Set up a clear governance framework, organize Steering Committees, manage escalations, and provide executive-level reporting.
• Supplier Management: Oversee the implementation partner, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, timelines, and deliverables.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed work plans, track progress, manage risks, and oversee integration of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive), Azure data components, and Copilot enablement.
• Change Management & Adoption: Drive user adoption of M365 and Copilot through communication, training, and feedback loops, addressing resistance and ensuring smooth transition.

Required Expertise:

• 7+ years managing complex IT programs, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 enterprise deployment

• Proven experience with large-scale supplier management and digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and security requirements in financial institutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

This role is critical for ensuring a secure, efficient, and user-centric migration to cloud services while leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity across the organization.
