Net Suite Systems Administrator
Permanent, Hybrid
Brussels, Belgium
We're seeking a skilled administrator to maintain and enhance our clients Net Suite Finance Systems, working closely with different teams in the business.
Candidates must have right to work in Europe to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Manage user roles, permissions, custom records, fields, forms, searches, reports, and dashboards
- Configure workflows, scripts, and integrations to support evolving business needs
- Ensure data integrity through imports, exports, and clean‑up activities
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training
- Monitor performance and implement optimization solutions
- Maintain documentation of configurations and processes
- 3+ years as Net Suite Administrator with strong module knowledge
- Solid understanding of business/accounting processes
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have:
Ironclad or legal contract tool experience, Insurance industry background, Net Suite Administrator Certification, Suite Script experience
