Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Salesforce Team Lead & Solutions Architect
—a hybrid role for a Salesforce expert who wants to design high-impact solutions and guide a team of consultants in their professional growth.

Mission of the RoleAs a Salesforce Team Lead & Solutions Architect, you have a dual mission:
- Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Coach and develop a high‑performing Salesforce team.
This combined role places you at the intersection of technical excellence, people leadership, and customer value creation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Architecture & Project Delivery
- Design end‑to‑end Salesforce architectures aligned with customer objectives and best practices.
- Translate business and IT needs into robust, scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
- Define system architecture, data models, integrations and platform governance.
- Guide development teams to ensure maintainable, future‑proof configurations.
- Perform solution reviews and ensure architectural consistency across projects and proposals.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance.
- Stay current with Salesforce innovations and proactively propose enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to bridge technical and functional perspectives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for your team members.
- Actively engage in recruitment: screening, interviewing and selecting new consultants.
- Create an impactful onboarding experience for new employees.
- Manage day‑to‑day team follow‑up: TRM, illness, leave requests, resource allocation.
- Support consultants in keeping their CVs up to date and preparing for customer interviews.
- Conduct Performance & Career Reviews, shaping growth paths and development plans.
- Guide team members through discussions on internal mobility, learning trajectories and long‑term career goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on promotions, training needs, and performance evaluations.
- Hold regular one‑to‑one meetings to discuss performance, professional attitude and wellbeing.
Your Experience & Expertise
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar technical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, …).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs and multi‑system landscapes.
- Knowledge of Public Sector Solutions, Financial Services Cloud or Manufacturing Cloud is a plus.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring colleagues is a strong asset.
- Salesforce certifications—especially Application Architect or System Architect—are highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or an equivalent field.
