Location: Town of Belgium

We’re looking for a Solution Engineer who can bridge the gap between product and prospect. We need someone who can uncover technical needs, participate actively in pre-sales conversations, craft tailored demos, and guide customers to the “aha” moment when Introw’s value becomes undeniable. You will serve as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, helping prospects understand how Introw integrates with their CRM and transforms the way they generate partner revenue.

You will also support customers during onboarding by partnering closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. After onboarding, you will provide ongoing technical support and guidance, helping customers troubleshoot issues, optimize their setup, and fully realize the value of Introw.

Location

Our offices are located in the heart of vibrant, fast-moving Ghent, Belgium.

Tasks
  • Partner with Sales & Product to understand prospect needs, business objectives, and technical environments.
  • Deliver tailored demos, deep-dives, and proof-of-concepts that clearly communicate Introw’s value.
  • Translate complex capabilities into simple, outcome-focused explanations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act as the technical bridge between Sales, Product, and customers aligning on requirements, integrations, and solution design.
  • Analyze CRM setups and workflows to recommend effective use cases, architecture, and implementation paths.
  • Address technical questions and objections throughout the evaluation process with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Support onboarding after signature by guiding initial configuration, CRM integration, and early adoption best practices.
  • Resolve early-stage technical issues and collaborate with Customer Success for a smooth handoff into long-term management.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product & Engineering and help build scalable demo flows, documentation, and repeatable processes.

  • SaaS CSM

    Experience:

    You have a minimum of two years of experience in SaaS CSM, preferably with both SMEs and enterprise clients.
  • Bonus:
    Bonus points if you have experience working with Hub Spot or Salesforce
