Mission

Our mission is to innovate at the intersection of Psychology, Creativity, and Technology. You will play a pivotal role in making Paradox a name synonymous with crafting experiences that impact millions of people.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Lead Strategic Projects & CEO Initiatives
    • Build a cold outreach engine or international brand partnerships.
    • Set up sponsor ships for You Tube and events.
    • Test acquisition channels and AI-powered growth playbooks.
    • Sourcing elite talent and streamlining HR processes.
    • Help secure and negotiate deals.
  • 2. Pirate Squad – Rapid Experiments & Global Launches
    • Drive international launches, MVP tests, and new product initiatives with autonomy and speed.
  • 3. Contribute to Strategy & Business Intelligence
    • Market research, growth models, business development, M&A scouting, dashboards, KPI tracking.
  • 4. Turn the Company Into a Systematic Growth Machine
    • Design workflows, implement automations, optimize every process (Airtable, Notion, AI dashboards).
  • 5. Be the Internal AI Evangelist
    • Champion new AI tools and use cases.
    • Train internal teams on AI-first processes.
    • Benchmark AI integrations across content, marketing, ops, product.
    • Stay 10 steps ahead on what’s possible.
Qualifications
  • Graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school (HEC, ESSEC, Sciences Po, Stanford, etc.).
  • Already built or scaled a startup, ops team, or growth engine.
  • Driven with strong work ethic, commitment, perseverance, thrives under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, can own projects from scratch with limited resources.
  • Pragmatic problem-solver, thrives on ownership, not hand-holding.
  • Obsessed with growth—both personal and team-wide, loves learning, building, optimizing.
  • Open to feedback, eager to improve, driven by progress, not praise.
  • Analytical, autonomous, fast, naturally structures systems and automates for scale.
  • Tech-savvy, AI-native or actively becoming one—AI is your playground.
  • Naturally persuasive, loves influence, sales, negotiations, can align others without force.
  • Excellently communicative, both written and verbal, tailoring messages to audiences.
  • Directly works with a high-performance CEO who has extreme work ethic and gives massive ownership.
Language Requirements

English: fluent, able to hold detailed conversations with English-speaking colleagues.

French: ideally bilingual.
