In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for aversatile, service-oriented Business Operations & Sales Coordinator (FR/DE/EN)who likes variety, takes initiative and contributes to the continuous improvement of internal processes.

Your missions

• Preparation of administrative documents.
• Participation in promotional events and customer activities.

Administration & Internal Management

• Customer reception.
• Processing mail (paper& electronic).
• Organization and booking oftravel.
• Management of certificates,official documents, legal compliance and insurance.
• Management of offices,equipment, access and maintenance. ("Facility management")
• Subscription management.
• Inventory counts andreporting.

Work Context

• Frequent travel
• Work under sometimes tight deadlines, requiring rigor and resistance to stress.
• Representation of the company and interface between customers and internal teams.
• Active participation in quality procedures and proposals for continuous improvement.
• Compliance with the company'scommunication and ethics standards.

Desired profile

• You speak French, German and English (oral and written).
• You like varied work
  ,are proactive and proactive.
• You have a sense of service,excellent written and oral communication.
• You are comfortable with Microsoft 365 office tools. Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
• A first experience in administration, sales support or customer management is a plus.
• Good organizational skills,resistance to stress and solution-oriented.

Interms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, opento the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.

A verygood command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutchis an asset.

Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are opento new starters.

ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS works either in its premises or in our customer’s one, remote activities are sometime possible.
