Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure within medium-to-large international organizations
- Experience in designing and implementing centralized IT strategies across multiple locations
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, MDM platforms, telephony, and cybersecurity
- Lead the design and rollout of a secure, scalable, and efficient group-wide office IT infrastructure
- Analyse current IT infrastructure across multiple countries and identify gaps, redundancies, and risks
- Design and implement a centralised office IT architecture covering Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, hardware, LAN/WAN, MDM, telephony, and security
- Harmonise processes, standards, and service levels across offices to ensure consistency and efficiency
