Our Business Services Value Stream is comprised of several individual Value Teams that collectively deliver the outcomes needed to our Business Services team. The individual Value Teams will be comprised of all the resources, skills and capabilities required to plan, code/configure, build, test, release, deploy, operate and monitor our solutions.

As a Consultant in the Value Team you will be a key contributor to FX outcome.

We are looking for people with strong business and technical background.

• Full value chain delivery of Business Services
• Contributing into standardization of Business Services solution
• Drive transformation process and incorporate new ways of working
• Implementing Business Services projects
• Collaborate with various stakeholders along the value chain of Business Services, including Solution Architects
• Improving and automating all processes along the Business Services value chain (building, testing, deploying)
• Constantly learning and developing yourself and the team

To be able to quickly onboard into this role we expect you have the following competences:

• You have strong knowledge in back‑office and settlement processes for listed securities and OTCs. Transaction lifecycle knowledge is mandatory on:
  • FX Spot, FX Forward, FX Swap, FX NDF
• FX matching platforms (CLS and FXAll settlement center, FX GO)
• Swift (MT300, MT304, MT396)
• FX SSIs
• Business knowledge in other Investment Operations areas (reconciliation, corporate action, collateral Management, NAV calculation)
• Simcorp Dimension knowledge is expected especially in investment operation areas
• Knowledge and experience in programming and/or testing, including technologies such as XML/XLST, SQL is an advantage
• You have experience in implementation projects
• You have ability to communicate with operation, product and technical teams
• You are a strong supporter of standardization and best practice concepts
• You have transformation mindset
• Great collaborative skills, highly motivated colleague who works well with others and is outcome‑oriented
