• You will advise innovative companies and be directly involved in all aspects of IP litigation, unfair competition and IP Commercial Contracts & licensing.
• You look after the client’s interests, whether in court or through alternative dispute resolution.
• You will work closely with colleagues from other departments at Gevers to provide clients with full IP services.

• A full-time contract for an indefinite period as an Attorney-at-Law (advocaat/avocat)

• You have a genuine interest in IP, are motivated, and eager to learn
• You hold an LL.M. with outstanding results. An advanced Master’s in IP is considered a plus
• You have 0 to 5 years of experience
• You have excellent communication skills (Dutch mother tongue; excellent command of English and French required)
• You are responsible, stress-resistant and able to work independently and cope with tight deadlines
• You are client-oriented and a team player with a positive attitude
