What matters to us- You have completed vocational training, such as Paralegal, Office Management, or a related field.
- You have gained your first professional experience in a law firm, notary office or an in-house legal department.
- You impress with a confident, professional demeanor and demonstratea high level of discretion and loyalty.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Office 365, One Note, Teams).
- You have business-fluent language skills in Dutch or French, strong conversational skills in English; knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
- You work independently, in a structured and dedicated manner, andbring strong service orientation, flexibility, and communication skills.

Your contribution to our company- You handle internal and external correspondence, coordinate appointments, and ensure structured document management.
- You support the team in all organizational and administrative matters:
- drafting, laying out, revising and translating documents, as well as coordinating internal and external communication toensure efficient information transfer.
- organizing business trips, training courses, events and following up on the team's to-dolists to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- checking invoices and monitor and organize corporate administration.
- maintain data and files.
- You reliably monitor deadlines and reminders and maintain legalcase lists with accuracy.
- You prepare and follow up on meetings in a professional manner, including creating and formatting presentations and working materials.
