Vous avez envie de pratiquer le droit des sociétés :
- Rédaction des actes relatives à la vie courante des sociétés, aux assemblées générales d’approbation des comptes,
- Accompagnement à l’acquisition et la cession d’entreprise, et à la restructuration de sociétés.
